Warm soft washes well and a really good fit

Lovely feel to the material and the fit . Warm as well without the jumper feeling too heavy. Unfortunately I can't give a 5 star rating because two have been delivered with small holes in them which had to be returned and also careful washing as instructed still doesn't seem to stop 'bobbling' which is disappointing. A real shame as I do like the jumpers.

In regard to pilling, we do expect some pilling initially with natural fibres, however, this should be a temporary process. All wool has short and long fibres, the shorter fibers will naturally work their way to the surface and once these have gone you are left with long fibres that will not pill. The pills can easily be removed with a pilling comb and the pilling should settle after the first few wears and wash.
