Easy Returns

With our unique sizing chart, and our fine quality knitwear, we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if FOR ANY REASON you are not satisfied with the garment when you receive it, we will either exchange it or refund the full amount of the garment to your credit or debit card.

Please process your return via our easy-to-use online portal. You'll need your order reference, email address and a printer to use this service. Once you've registered your return simply drop your parcel off at the nearest post office.

You may return any item WITHIN 28 days of purchase for an exchange or refund providing it is in its original condition.

*For Sale, Clearance or Outlet items, this period is reduced to 14 days.

We aim to process all returns as quickly as we can. This usually takes no longer than 5 days after we have received them. After a refund payment has been processed, it can take three to four days for it to appear on your credit card statement or the original payment method used. When we have dealt with your parcel we will confirm this to you by email.

Please note that we can process your return only after it has been delivered to us by your courier of choice.

*During our most busy times, it can take longer to process your returns.

Via our online returns portal it is $8 to send your return back to us in the UK.

Via your local USPS postal office the cost will depend on the size and weight of the garment/s. To get the cheapest rate, use the small parcel size if possible.

We are unfortunately unable to offer free return postage. If we did this, the price of our garments would have to increase.

Due to hygiene reasons, toiletries and earrings are excluded from our returns policy and cannot be returned or their purchase refunded.

How to Return an item?

This service makes it cheaper to send parcels back to the UK and takes the hassle out of returning items back to us.

You can re-use the bag which your items were sent in. Simply write your request on the statement you received with your goods and send it back to us.

If you prefer not to use the online portal, please complete the reverse side of your delivery statement and enclose it with the garment. Do not worry if you have lost your statement: in this case enclose a covering letter with your requirements making sure that we have your full name, address and telephone number.

Refunds and Exchanges

To request a refund on your item, simply select that you would like a refund for that item on our online returns portal. If you cannot register your return on our online portal for any reason, simply return your item to us along with the returns form on the back of your invoice. Make sure you check the ‘Refund’ column and please include the name or product code of the unwanted garment.

No cash alternative will be given.

Items purchased within a multi buy offer can be exchanged for another item which forms part of the same multi-buy offer. Items from multi-buy offers cannot be refunded individually, you must return all items in that offer for a full refund.

We endeavor to make sure all refunds are made as quickly as possible. In high season (during the winter and particularly in the run-up to and after Christmas) reimbursement may take up to 30 days from receipt of your returned item

To exchange your item, please select the Exchange option on our online portal and let us know if you would like a different size/colour/garment.

If you cannot register your exchange on our online portal for any reason, please complete the reverse side of your delivery statement and enclose it with the garment. Do not worry if you have lost your statement: in this case enclose a covering letter with your requirements making sure that we have your full name, address and telephone number.

Multi-buy offers (for example, buy 2 for $149 on a selection of cashmere and merino jumpers and cardigans) only applies to those products which are clearly displayed as such. Multi-buy offers are not valid when used in conjunction with any other promotions.

The multi-buy offers do not include postage or customisation, which are charged in addition to the price of the Products. No cash alternative will be given.

If you wish to exchange an item from a multi-buy offer, you may only exchange it for another item which forms part of the same multi-buy offer.

If you wish to return only one item from a multi-buy offer, you will be charged full price for the other item. You must return all items in that offer for a full refund.

In the very rare occasion a garment is found to have a manufacturing fault, it will be exchanged or your money refunded, providing it is returned within 6 months from the date of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.

WoolOvers cannot be held liable for any washing errors or detergent damage.
