I’ve been buying wool cashmere jumpers from Woolovers for years. They are luxuriously soft and drape beautifully, comfortable and not at all itchy against bare skin. They do however wear out reasonably quickly, wearing into holes at elbows and underarms, possibly to be expected with luxury garments and I do wear them A LOT, basically all winter, and I get a good season out of each jumper. I wash them by hand (even though they say machine washable) and they come up well. This latest one is a bit different. After the first wear it has rubbed up considerably, tiny balls of fuzz all over, and none of my previous jumpers have done this. Disappointing as at first it seemed exactly like all the others and I was surprised to see a swing tag warning that it may rub up a little. If the manufacturer has changed the fabric mix or manufacturing process they should go back to the old way! I’ll enjoy wearing this at home and I the garden, but I wouldn’t wear it in public.

I love the feel of the jumper and the colours (I now have two, one pink and one lilac) They feel comfortable and warm on and they are not bulky. There was some pilling but I use a clothes shaver when necessary and they come up like new. One has been washed and washed well. Very happy and will buy again.
