The colour and shape.
But having followed the washing instructions as sated on the label, it shrank and I am furious but have not had the time too sort out how to return it.

We are sorry for this issue, with washing issues, we need the item returned for this to be assessed by our product assessment department, we advise returning via your local post office, this will be at your own cost, if this is deemed a fault of ours, you will be reimbursed your postage costs, please keep your receipt from your return, please enclose a cover letter with your details, your order number, how this was washed and dried, the temperature washed on, the spin speed, and any detergent used, and return to the address below, once this has been inspected, we will be back in contact with you.
