Nice dress but disappointed with the colour.

Fits well, looks very elegant, but because it has lambs wool, which wasn't stated in their catalogue, it has pilled under the arms; I ordered another cable rib dress for myself, as original was a present for my daughter, before she informed there was a problem with dress; I'm hoping I've resolved pilling with special comb, so we're keeping both dresses and I'm keeping my fingers crossed

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry for the issues with your order, we appreciate you taking the time to leave your review.

In regard to pilling, we do expect some pilling initially with natural fibres, however, this should be a temporary process. All wool has short and long fibres, the shorter fibers will naturally work their way to the surface and once these have gone you are left with long fibres that will not pill. The pills can easily be removed with a pilling comb and the pilling should settle after the first few wears and wash.
