Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear this, we do advise washing using a wool detergent, a spin speed of 600rpm, at a temperature of 30 degrees, and to lay flat to dry, we do have a 6-month guarantee for our garments, you can return this to us to be assessed by our product assessment team, who will then be in contact with you once this has been completed, we advise returning second class postage, please enclose a cover letter with your details, how this was washed and dried, and return to the address below, we appreciate you taking the time to leave your review.

In regard to pilling, we do expect some pilling initially with natural fibres, however, this should be a temporary process. All wool has short and long fibres, the shorter fibers will naturally work their way to the surface and once these have gone you are left with long fibres that will not pill. The pills can easily be removed with a pilling comb and the pilling should settle after the first few wears and wash.
