I wanted a deep navy scarf to match and wear with a dress for going out. I was sent a black scarf which I returned in exhange for the navy. I was sent another black scarf. Either whoever sorted these into bags was working in poor light and/or they are colour blind; or there was an accident in the dyeing of the yarn. I even called them to be doubly sure they checked. I kept the black because I had nothing else I could use at short notice, but Woolovers have lost a customer.
