I ordered the cream socks which unfortunately arrived with a dirty mark on one of them. They were intended as a gift and I only noticed the mark when it was too late to get something else in time. Customer telephone help line offered no apology or help beyond saying to just return them and order another pair. I emailed customer service team to express my disappointment but still no reply after several weeks. The socks do feel soft but that’s all I can say for them.
