I bought this pink wool scarf for my granddaughter because she gets chest colds. I believe if you keep drafts from your neck, you can avoid them. She loves the scarf and wears it every day. She loves the colour. She had other scarfs but they were not wool. They did not keep out the drafts like this woollen one.
