How do I place an order?
 
We aim to make this process as easy we can. Just follow these steps and you will receive your order as quickly as possible:
  • Find an item you want to buy.
  • Click on the grey box showing the size and color
    you require, then click on Add to Bag to add the item
    to your shopping basket.
  • Once you have finished shopping, click on Checkout.
  • You will then need to sign in/register.
  • Your details will appear on an order form. Click on
    Proceed to Checkout.
  • Check the garments listed are correct. The delivery
    option can then be chosen.
  • You can also enter the relevant catalogue code or any promotional codes you may have, and gift vouchers
    can be redeemed at this stage.
  • Click on Proceed to Checkout.
  • You will now need to enter your payment details.
    Then click on Place your Order.
  • An email confirmation will be sent to you once your
    order has been accepted.

How do I change my selected Item or quantity?
 
You can change your selected garments at any time before
you complete the payment. Please click on the 'My Bag'
button on the top right side of your screen. This will take
you to a new page listing all the items in your bag. Change
the selected size, color or quantity in the relevant box and
click on Update. You can also remove an item from your
bag by clicking on Remove.

How do you keep my information safe?
 
We store all your personal and payment information in a
very safe and secure environment. Your card and login
details are stored in an encrypted format which is guaranteed
by MacAfeeSecure to be safe. Your payment details are sent using the digitally signed VeriSign SSL certificate, which guarantees that information exchanged between your
computer and our servers is completely secure. We will
never share your personal information without prior consent.

What happens if I do not like the items or they do not fit?
 
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason,
you can send it back to us for exchange or a full refund.

What size should I choose?
 
Our sizes are fairly standard but we would encourage
you to check the actual dimensions of each style.
Please bear in mind that all knitwear will relax and become a
little looser with wear.

When will I be charged for my goods?
 
We will debit your card when your order leaves our
distribution centre. Please note that we obtain authorisation
for the total value of your purchase from your card issuer
when your order is placed.

I am going away for a month. Can I return the
item when I get back?
 
Yes, you have up to three months to return your garment.
This is reduced to two weeks for sale items.

I have received a Wool Over garment
as a gift. Can I return it?
 
Yes you can, within our normal three month exchange policy.
If I exchange an item, will I be
charged for the postage again?
 
No, you will not be charged for the postage again.

I purchased my garment at an
event. Can I return it?
 
Yes. Please return it with a covering letter with your
details and the name of the event you bought it from.

Where should I send my return and what paperwork will be required?

If possible, please complete the reverse side of your delivery statement and enclose it with the garment. Do not worry if you have lost your statement: just enclose a covering letter with your requirements making sure that we have your full name, address and telephone number.


Do you offer free return postage?
 


No. We try to keep the cost of our garments to a
minimum. If we offered free return postage, our
prices would have to increase.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?
 


Our usual delivery time is 5-7 working days with Royal Mail. Please call before 2.00pm if you would like your order to be dispatched the same day using first class post or 24 hr courier.


What postal methods and prices do you offer?
 
  • Our orders are dispatched by standard 2nd class
    mail which takes 5-7 days. Postage is free for orders
    over £95.00.
  • There is an option for 1st class post; this costs £4.95
    and the order is dispatched the same day if placed
    before 2.00pm
  • There is also an option for 24hr courier service; this
    costs £7.00 and the order will be delivered the next
    day if placed before 2.00pm. This option will require a signature when delivery is made.

Are the garments machine washable?
 


Yes, all our garments are machine washable.
Use a 30 degree wool cycle and the correct detergent,
i.e. Persil Wool/Silk, Woolite for Wool, Stergene,
Ecover for Delicates etc.


Do you have a shop?
 


Yes, we have a Factory Shop,
which you are welcome to visit.
