Wool Overs Gift Vouchers & Certificates can be redeemed against any item listed in our brochures, or on our websites, only when placing orders via the websites, the brochures or in our factory shop.
Your full statutory rights for products exchanged for Gift Vouchers still apply.
Wool Overs Gift Vouchers & Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or remitted against earlier orders previously placed.
Any unused balance from any Gift Voucher or Certificate will be stored on our computer systems and the voucher code may continue to be used until it has no value.
Unfortunately we cannot re-issue stolen, lost, damaged or mislaid fixed-value paper vouchers.
Wool Overs Gift Vouchers and Certificates and any unused balance expire after 2 years from date of issue.

From time to time Wool Overs offer a variety of discounts which can be applied to your order via the use of an offer code. This is a simple text code which is published in emails and on our website. To take advantage of these offer codes you will need to enter the offer code during the checkout process on our website. For example we have published an offer code to give free shipping, which is visible in the header area of the site:
To apply this code, proceed with your order as normal and enter our checkout process. Once you have started the checkout process, you will see on the shipping page of the checkout there is a box where you can enter an offer code. Simply type the code in here and click "Apply" for the discount to be applied to your order.
If you have clicked through on one of our emails, your offer code will be automatically entered into the offer code box. If you wish to use a different offer code (only one can be used), just replace the existing code with the new code and click the apply button.
